H&H Surveys is run by Stephen and Gavin Hayes, between them they have over 40 years experience supplying Detailed, Accurate and easy to understand Land and Measured Building Surveys.
Day to day running of the business is taken care off by Stephen and who is your first point of contact. Gavin is responsible for execution of the survey work we undertake.

Both are keen motorcyclists and most weekends will see them out and about or at race meetings following the sport.
What we do
H&H Surveys was established in 1993 to provide a quick, competitive and accurate solution for the construction industry. Our Surveys are used by Architects, Engineers and local authority's to name a few. We are members of The Survey Association who represent over 100 Companies with a wealth of knowledge and best practice guides. H&H Surveys are CHAS accredited and carry the necessary insurances to support our work.
Topographical Surveys are the representation of the land showing physical features such as Buildings, Boundaries, Highways along with levels to indicate the terrain. Our surveys are carried out using Leica Geosystems instrumentation which allow quick and accurate collection of the data to produce the survey. This information is used to design new Housing developments, Industrial parks, Roadway design and improvements etc.
Measured Building surveys are produced to enable the "as built" environment showing Floor Plans, Elevation Plans and Cross Sections. This information is used to create new floor layouts, refurbishment projects, quality control checks, space planning and the calculation of Floor Areas for sales and rating.
